You may have received an email from us stating that your pledge payment had not been processed successfully. The email was sent in error. We are not processing any payments for the month of September, as we are updating our software. You will be emailed 24 hours before your September payment is processed.
Also, the Member Account Portal website will be down temporarily for upgrades. During this downtime, we will focus on making the website more user-friendly for you. These upgrades will give you easier access to update your billing information, upgrade your pledge, or make an additional gift. You will also have access to print out your annual tax letter and much more.
